On October 17th, the opening ceremony of the 2025 Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Week and Foshan Qiuse Parade, a traditional folklore event, was held. This year marks the integrated hosting of the 13th China International Folk Art Festival and the Foshan Qiuse Parade, featuring the largest number of foreign art performance troupes in the history of the Foshan Qiuse Parade.

That evening, 13 foreign art troupes from the 13th China International Folk Art Festival, the China's Youth Dance Troupe, together with performance teams from Foshan, within and outside Guangdong Province, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), and cities and regions paired with Foshan for assistance and cooperation, presented 55 performances alongside 20 dazzling themed floats. Over the course of a nearly 150-minute parade, they interacted with visitors from home and abroad along the full 3.3-kilometer route.

During the parade, Te Taumata o Apanui from New Zealand captivated the audience with the primal power of the "Maori Kapa Haka". Sri Lanka's Ran Ranga Dance Academy showcased exotic charm through traditional dances, while the Loboc Children's Choir from the Philippines performed"Shared Future" with their melodious voices. Passionate songs and dances from Colombia, lively American folk tunes, and the mystical rhythms of Egyptian dance shared the stage with Foshan's dragon and lion dances, Cantonese opera, and colorful lanterns, offering a vibrant artistic dialogue between tradition and modernity, local and international culture.

On the evening of October 18th, the Qiuse Parade continues along the Xiqiao performance route, featuring distinctive intangible cultural heritage performances including Rucheng Incense Fire Dragon.

万人空巷赏“秋色”，中外非遗耀佛山

10月17日，“山海同风·悦叹秋色”2025年广东非遗周暨佛山秋色活动盛大启幕。今年，第13届中国国际民间艺术节与佛山秋色活动融合举办，是佛山秋色巡游史上外国艺术表演团队最多的一届。

当晚，来自第13届中国国际民间艺术节的13个外国艺术团、中国舞动青春艺术团，联同佛山、省内外、粤港澳大湾区、佛山对口支援和帮扶地区及城市的表演队伍，以及20辆绚丽多姿的主题彩车，带来55项表演节目，在近150分钟的巡游时间里，与海内外游客进行了全长3.3公里的巡游互动。

巡游中，新西兰阿帕努伊尖峰舞团的《毛利哈卡歌舞》以原始力量感征服观众，斯里兰卡珍宝舞蹈学院以传统舞蹈演绎异域风情，菲律宾罗布克童声合唱团合唱《命运与共》歌声悠扬……哥伦比亚的激情歌舞、美国的轻快民谣、埃及的神秘舞韵，与佛山龙狮、粤剧、彩灯同台交织，呈现了一场传统与现代、本土与国际共振的中外艺术对话。

18日晚，秋色巡游还在西樵路线举行，迎来极具特色的汝城香火龙等非遗表演。
