On August 28th, the International Services Guangzhou officially opened at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Located in the airport's International Arrival Hall on the first floor of Terminal 2, the center uses an integrated "one-counter, all-services" model.
With China's inbound tourism booming, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport recorded more than 10 million inbound and outbound travelers as of August 2025. By the end of July, the airport had launched, increased and resumed over 20 regular international passenger flights. Two new international airlines and international and regional passenger destinations have been added, bringing its total to more than 90.
The center provides five core services that foreign nationals require upon entry, including payment, communication, transportation, cultural tourism, and exhibitions. These offerings cover all aspects of travel needs including food, accommodation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment. In addition, the center offers multilingual brochures and round-the-clock live consultation services.
In addition, the center has introduced intelligent robots to assist foreign guests with their travel needs. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport has also collaborated with top domestic translation teams to customize airport translation machines with real-time capabilities in more than 140 languages, helping to lower language barriers.

“一柜通办”!白云机场外籍人士便利化服务中心启用
8月28日,外籍人士便利化服务中心(以下简称“服务中心”)正式在广州白云机场投入使用。该服务中心位于白云机场T2航站楼一楼国际到达大厅,推行“一柜通办”综合服务模式。
随着“中国游”持续火爆,白云机场今年截至8月出入境人员突破1000万人次。截至7月底新增、加密和恢复定期国际客运航线超20条、新增国际航空公司2家、新增国际及地区客运通航点2个,当前国际及地区通航点超过90个。

服务中心提供外籍人士入境需要的支付、通信、交通、文旅、会展五大核心功能,全面覆盖外籍来宾“吃住行游购享”的出行需求;同时配备多语种宣传手册和7×24h全天候人工咨询服务。
此外,服务中心引入了智能机器人,护航外籍来宾出行。白云机场联合国内顶尖翻译团队,定制机场专属的智能翻译机,140+种语言实时互译能力硬核打破沟通壁垒。
