On the evening of July 18th, the Canton Tower, the city's iconic landmark, transformed into a dazzling open-air runway. The 2025 Canton Tower International Fashion Festival officially opened at the Canton Tower Plaza, with multiple fashion brands showcasing the beauty of fashion against the striking urban backdrop.

The opening show was curated by Deng Zhaoping, winner of China's top fashion honor, the "Golden Summit Award." She also serves as president of the Guangzhou Fashion Designers Association and artistic advisor for the opening ceremonies of the 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities, and the 9th National Special Olympic Games. Her show featured a groundbreaking narrative that transcended time and space, integrating cultural fusion, revitalized traditions, and elements of technology, intangible cultural heritage, and art to create an immersive visual experience.

This year's fashion festival will feature a series of dynamic events. On July 19th, the schedule includes a dedicated showcase by"Laugh Girl", a fashion brand founded by Chinese influencer "Chuchujun," the finals of the 2025 College Student Fashion Design Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and the launch ceremony of the second "Galaxy Bay Cup – Greater Bay Area Super Model Contest."Adopting an integrated format of runway shows, exhibitions, competitions, and contract signings, the fashionfestival aims to serve as a global platform for connecting fashion resources and enhancing Guangzhou's influence as a leading international fashion and consumption hub.

2025广州塔国际时尚季开幕

7月18日晚，羊城地标广州塔下星光璀璨，化身巨型时尚T台。2025广州塔国际时尚季在广州塔广场开幕，多个时尚品牌利用广州塔T台展示时尚之美。

中国时装设计“金顶奖”得主、广州市时尚设计师协会会长、十五运会及残特奥会开幕式艺术顾问邓兆萍担纲开幕大秀，开启了一场跨越时空的先锋叙事，将文化碰撞、传统焕新与科技、非遗、艺术元素深度融合，呈现沉浸式视觉盛宴。

本届时尚季将持续呈现丰富活动。7月19日将举行楚楚君Laugh Girl品牌专场发布、2025大学生创新创业服装设计大赛决赛及第二届“星河湾杯·湾区超模大赛”启动仪式。活动采用“秀、展、赛、签”四位一体模式，致力于打造全球时尚资源对接平台，强化广州作为国际消费中心城市的时尚影响力。
