The "2024 Guangdong Robot Industry Development Report" shows that in 2024, Guangdong produced 240,000 industrial robots, a year‑on‑year increase of 31.2%, accounting for more than 40% of the national total. In China, one in every three industrial robots is made in Guangdong.

Yao Qiyuan, co‑founder and marketing director of Shenzhen EngineAI Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., told reporters: "Take Shenzhen as an example. It hosts a complete industrial chain from semiconductors and the internet to industrial systems, allowing the supply chain to quickly respond to the R&D of embodied intelligent robots. Normally, our supply chain enterprises can respond and visit us within two hours, and there are even related enterprises upstairs and downstairs."

Li Zhengtao, senior product manager at KUKA China, said: "KUKA Robotics Guangdong Co., Ltd. began full production in 2019 and has now become the largest production base for industrial robot bodies in China. We now operate Guangdong's first automated robot production line, running 24/7, with one robot rolling off the production line every 30 minutes on average."

Hu Gangyi, general manager of Blue Dive Bot in Guangdong, added: "Underwater robots are an emerging track within the robotics sector. Thanks to Guangdong's rich and diverse application scenarios, our company has grown rapidly in recent years. Our products related to underwater robots have already gained recognition in commercial applications, with sales growing by over 300% annually."

上下楼就是上下游！广东机器人产业集群蔚然成势

《2024年广东省机器人产业发展报告》显示，2024年广东省工业机器人产量达24万台，同比增长31.2%，占全国的40%以上。中国每3台工业机器人就有一台“广东造”。

深圳市众擎机器人科技有限公司联合创始人、市场总经理姚淇元告诉记者，“以深圳为例，拥有从半导体到互联网再到工业体系的完整产业链，供应链可以快速响应我们具身智能机器人的研发。通常情况下，我们的供应链企业能够在两小时内完成拜访和回复，甚至我们楼上楼下就有相关联的企业。”

“库卡机器人（广东）在2019年正式投产，目前已经成为全国最大的工业机器人本体生产基地。我们建成广东首条机器人自动化生产线，可24小时运转，平均30分钟下线一台机器人。”库卡中国高级产品经理李政韬表示。

“水上机器人是机器人领域的一个新兴赛道。得益于广东丰富多元的应用场景，我们企业近年来发展迅猛，目前水下机器人相关产品已经得到了商业化应用的验证，销售额保持着每年300%以上的增长。”广东蓝潜海洋技术有限公司总经理胡刚毅向记者介绍道。
