According to data from H World Group, from January to mid-June 2025, its brand hotels have hosted over 1.52 million foreign guests, marking an impressive year-on-year growth of approximately 72%.

A hotel in Guangzhou's Zhujiang New Town offers customized meals based on guest preferences, such as preparing kimchi for Korean guests and miso soup for Japanese guests, catering to their cultural tastes.
Showcasing local culinary culture, unique experiences featuring time-honored brands have won the hearts of many foreign guests. A hotel near Beijing's Houhai Drum Tower offers free tastings of traditional Beijing snacks from the renowned "Daoxiangcun" brand, allowing foreign visitors to savor the charm of Chinese pastries while experiencing the warmth of authentic Chinese culture.
Beyond experiencing China's scenic beauty, cuisine, and culture, the service at "China Hotel" often exceeds foreign guests' expectations. Marc, a French photographer who visited Shanghai to shoot the night scene of the Bund, expressed surprise at the self-service check-in facilities at the hotel near the Bund, "In Paris, it usually takes 15 minutes to check in, but here, I was done in the time it takes to drink a glass of water!"

满足不同文化背景下住客的饮食需求,成为众多酒店提升外国游客入住体验的一大亮点。譬如,广州珠江新城某酒店根据客人需求提供专属定制餐食,例如:为韩国客人准备泡菜,为日本客人定制味噌汤,以满足不同文化的饮食偏好。
发扬在地饮食文化,通过“老字号”美食打造的独特体验更是俘获了不少外宾的味蕾。北京后海鼓楼某酒店将采购的北京传统老字号稻香村糕点免费提供给住客品尝,外国游客在体验中华传统糕点魅力的同时,也感受到地道的中国文化温度。
体验中国的美景美食和文化之余,中国酒店的服务也远超外国游客的预期。来自法国的摄影师马克因工作到上海拍摄外滩夜景,入住上海外滩某酒店时,对酒店的自助入住设施感到惊讶:“在巴黎,入住通常要排队15分钟,在这里喝口水的工夫就搞定了!”
