Perched on Luoshan Hill in Chengxia Village, Huanghua Town, Yingde City, Qingyuan, Pengjiaci dates back to the mid-Qing Dynasty.Rows of dwellings spiral upward from the hillfoot to the summit, seamlessly merging with the contours of the hill—a truly awe-inspiring spectacle.The entirely self-contained complex features a single winding stone stairway leading to the peak,its architectural layout resembling Xizang's Potala Palace, earning it the title "Little Potala Palace".

彭家祠，位于清远英德市黄花镇城下村的螺山上，建于清代中叶。一栋栋房屋从山脚层层盘旋至山顶，与螺山融为一体，十分壮观。整个建筑封闭，自成一体，仅有一条蜿蜒曲折的石阶路通至山顶，建筑布局与西藏的布达拉宫相似，又称“小布达拉宫”。
