On the afternoon of March 6th, the Guangdong delegation at the third session of the 14th National People's Congress held an open meeting. In front of domestic and international media, Guangdong extended a warm invitation to ambitious youth to seize the great opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship, and welcomed entrepreneurs to invest and grow their businesses.

At the Provincial High-Quality Development Conference on February 5th, Guangdong made plans for the "Million Talents to South China Plan," pledging competitive salaries and attractive job opportunities to attract one million college graduates to work and start businesses in the province.

In 2025, it is estimated that 12.22 million college students will graduate nationwide, forming a vital workforce for modern industrial development. Following the Two Sessions, Guangdong plans to hold a large-scale spring job fair to recruit graduates nationwide. With all 31 major manufacturing sectors, nine trillion-yuan industrial clusters, over 19 million market entities, and 8.3 million enterprises, Guangdong is in urgent need of talents across sectorsand offers boundless opportunities for personal development.

3月6日下午，十四届全国人大三次会议广东代表团举行开放团组会议。面对境内外媒体，“视人才为珍宝”的广东发出邀约——热忱欢迎广大有志青年抓住大好机遇到广东就业创业，热忱欢迎广大企业家到广东投资兴业！

今年2月5日的全省高质量发展大会上，广东对实施“百万英才汇南粤行动计划”作出部署，明确提出将拿出具有竞争力的薪酬和岗位，吸纳100万高校毕业生来粤就业创业。

在此次开放团组会议上，“百万英才汇南粤行动计划”成为热词。“东西南北中，发展到广东”“广州三百六十行，行行都很发达，千行百业都有，希望大家首选广州，总有一个行业适合你”“全力支持各类人才在深圳追梦逐梦、创新创造，绽放精彩人生”……现场，广东再度向优秀人才发出诚挚邀约。

2025年，全国将有1222万名高校学生毕业，这是建设现代化产业体系的生力军。据悉，这次全国两会后，广东将举办春季大型综合招聘会，集中招聘全国高校毕业生。目前，广东拥有全部31个制造业大类、9个万亿元级产业集群、1900多万户经营主体、830多万家企业，对各类人才无比渴求，为人才发展也提供了无限可能。
