On February 5th, at the Provincial High-Quality Development Conference, Comrade Huang Kunming, the Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, outlined the implementation of the " Million Talents Gathering in South Guangdong" action plan. He emphasized that Guangdong will focus on the theme of "Gather Talents in Guangdong and Shape the Future," offering competitive salaries and positions to attract 1 million university graduates to work and start businesses in Guangdong.

Currently, Guangdong boasts a comprehensive manufacturing system that covers all 31 major manufacturing categories and is home to eight trillion-yuan industrial clusters. The province also has a vast number of business entities, totaling over 19 million, including more than 8.3 million enterprises. Such robust development momentum makes Guangdong eager for various talents and provides ample space and endless possibilities for talents to showcase their abilities and realize their ambitions.

In terms of talent support policies, Guangdong's major talent programs and Guangdong's major talent programs now allocate over 65%. In related projects, nearly half of the projects are led by young scientists under the age of 45. Moreover, Guangdong fully supports young talents in innovation and entrepreneurship within the province. For university graduates starting new businesses, the province offers rent subsidies and entrepreneurial guarantee loans to help them take firm steps in their entrepreneurial journey.

2月5日，广东省委书记黄坤明同志在全省高质量发展大会上，对实施“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划作出部署，明确广东将以“粤聚英才、粤见未来”为主题，拿出具有竞争力的薪酬和岗位，吸纳100万高校毕业生来粤就业创业。

当前，广东制造业体系完备，涵盖全部31个制造业大类，拥有8个万亿元级产业集群。同时，全省经营主体数量庞大，达1900多万户，其中企业就有830多万家。如此强劲的发展态势，使得广东对各类人才求贤若渴，也为人才施展才华、实现抱负提供了广阔的空间与无限的可能。

在人才支持政策方面，广东省重大人才工程以及省基础与应用基础研究基金，对青年人才的支持比例已提升至 65%以上。在相关项目中，由45岁以下青年科学家牵头的项目数量，占项目总数的近一半。不仅如此，广东全力支持青年人才在粤创新创业，针对创办初创企业的高校毕业生，提供租金补贴以及创业担保贷款，助力他们迈出创业的坚实步伐。
