On March 2nd, the volunteer service theme cultural logo for the 15th National Games ofthe People's Republic of China (the 15th NG), the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games (the 12th NGD and the 9th NSOG) was officially released, along with emblem, slogan, and volunteer nickname.

The logo serves as an important cultural symbol that embodies the spirit of the NG, the mission of the NGD and NSOG, and the philosophy of volunteerism. It is reported that the logo will be used in a unified style across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) to further deepen volunteer service collaboration in the region and promote the development of a volunteer culture system in the GBA area.

The volunteer service emblem, which functions as a secondary emblem, was designed by the creative team behind the main emblem of the 15th NG, the 12th NGD and the 9th NSOG. It integrates with the design of the main emblem.

The emblem features a dove and a heart as its core symbols, continuing the visual theme of blossoming fireworks seen in the main emblem. Liu Pingyun, head of the creative team for the emblem and vice dean of the School of Visual Communication at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, explained that the design incorporates elements from the China Young Volunteers"Heart and Hands" symbol, with two heart shapes inside and outside representing "unity". The color scheme follows that of the main emblem—Guangdong's kapok red, Hong Kong's bauhinia purple and Macao's lotus green—forming united blossoming fireworks that symbolize volunteers' dedication, love, and support. Liu defined the emblem as "unity blooms, dedication, friendship, mutual help and progress."

The slogan and volunteer nickname were created through public solicitation, selection, and optimization across the Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao regions.

The slogan is "For You, more Splendid". "You" refers to the events of the 15th NG, the 12th NGD and the 9th NSOG, as well as everyone who witnesses, participates in, and supports the games. "Splendid" is one of the key requirements for hosting the games, reflecting both the athletes' outstanding performances and the volunteers' efforts to add brilliance to the events. The slogan motivates volunteers, embodying their excellent service and friendly actions, and fully showcasing the charm of sports and the spirit of unity and progress.

The volunteer nickname is "Little Dolphin". The Pearl River Estuary, where Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao are located, is the largest habitat for Chinese white dolphins. Dolphins, with their graceful movements as they weave through the ocean, symbolize the close connection between the three regions. Dolphins are also known for their cooperative nature and care for one another, and throughout maritime history, they have been regarded as symbols of good fortune, often guiding ships with their presence. Similarly, volunteers will move both inside and outside the competition venues, enthusiastically providing services for the games and acting as guiding beacons for those in need of assistance.

“为你，更精彩”！十五运会和残特奥会志愿服务口号发布

3月2日，十五运会和残特奥会志愿服务主题文化标识正式发布，志愿服务主题徽标、口号、志愿者昵称同步揭晓。

十五运会和残特奥会志愿服务主题文化标识是承载全运精神、残特奥会宗旨以及志愿服务理念的重要文化符号。据介绍，志愿服务主题文化标识在粤港澳三地统一样式、统一使用，以进一步深化粤港澳三地志愿服务联动，推进粤港澳大湾区志愿文化体系建设。

记者了解到，志愿服务徽标作为二级标识，由十五运会和残特奥会会徽主创团队设计创作，与主会徽图案融为一体。

志愿服务徽标整体以鸽子、爱心为原型，延续十五运会和残特奥会会徽的礼花绽放的视觉形式。志愿服务徽标创作团队负责人、广州美术学院视觉传达学院副院长刘平云指出，造型上借鉴了中国青年志愿者“心手标”，内外各有一个心的形状，代表着“同心”。色彩上沿用会徽的广东木棉红、香港紫荆紫、澳门莲花绿，形成同心礼花，代表着志愿者奉献爱心，伸出友爱之手。刘平云用12个字概括会徽的寓意：同心绽放、奉献友爱、互助进步。

志愿服务口号、志愿者昵称由广东赛区、香港赛区、澳门赛区共同面向社会公开征集、遴选、优化创作而产生。

志愿服务口号为“为你，更精彩”。“你”，指代十五运会和残特奥会赛事，以及见证、参与、支持赛会的每一个人。“精彩”则是办赛要求之一，体现运动员表现精彩、也体现志愿者为赛事增添光彩。口号为志愿者鼓足干劲，诠释付诸出色的服务、友善的行动，充分展现体育的魅力和团结奋进的精神。

志愿者昵称为“小海豚”。粤港澳所处的珠江口是中华白海豚的最大栖息地，海豚在海洋中灵动穿梭，代表粤港澳三地联动共融、血脉相连。海豚彼此协作、互相照顾，在航海历史上常被视为幸运的象征，它们的出现为船只指引方向。志愿者也将穿梭于赛场内外，热情为赛会提供服务，在他人需要帮助时成为引领方向的灯塔。
