On the morning of February 2nd, a grand Yingge Dance Carnival took place in Wen Guang Tower Square and some main streets in Chaoyang District, Shantou City. 18 Yingge Dance teams, covering various styles such as slow tempo, moderate tempo, and fast tempo, gathered with over 1,000 Yingge Dance performers. This was the largest in scale, with the most diverse styles and the highest number of participants in all the exhibitions of Chaoyang Yingge Dance.

At the exhibition site, 38 "Shi Qian" performers of different ages and styles showcased their unique skills, Somersaulting in the air. The youngest participant was 5-year-old Huang Kexin. During the parade, 48 lively "Chao Yang Lion Dance" performers led the procession, followed by a moving line of over 1,000 Yingge Dance performers and 38 flower basket girls, Stretching for 3 kilometers. The scene was filled with applause and cheers as citizens and tourists eagerly captured photos.

It is worth noting that 10 overseas Teo-Chew Associations from countries such as Australia and Canada, which were taught by the Zhongjing Yingge Dance Team from Chengnan, chaoyang, also sent representatives to participate in the parade and performance this time. Among them, Zhang Renyi from the Yingge Team of the Australian Chinese Teo-Chew Association performed alongside the Zhongjing Yingge Dance Team, celebrating the first Spring Festival since its inscription on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List.

Chaoyang Yingge Dance is a folk square emotional dance of the Han Chinese, combining Chinese martial arts, drama, and dance. It is an inheritance of the Nuo culture and comes in 3 styles with diverse dance postures. In 1996, chaoyang was designated as the "Hometown of Chinese Folk Arts (Yingge Dance)". In 2006, chaoyang Yingge Dance was included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage items. Today, chaoyang Yingge Dance has gained widespread popularity, attracting overseas associations to learn the art form, and has even helped establish Yingge Dance teams in 6 overseas Teo-Chew Associations, Spreading Chaoshan culture to the world.

流派最多、规模最大，超千名英歌舞者同台“斗舞”

2月2日大年初五上午，汕头市潮阳区文光塔广场和城区部分主干道热闹非凡，一场盛大的英歌嘉年华活动火热上演。18支涵盖慢板、中板、快板等流派的英歌队，超千名舞者齐聚，这是潮阳英歌历次展演中规模最大、流派和人数最多的一次。

展演现场，38位不同年龄、风格的“时迁”各展绝技，凌空翻腾，5岁的黄可昕是其中年龄最小的。巡游时，48只潮阳醒狮开阵，超千名英歌舞者和38名花篮妹妹组成绵延3公里的流动队伍，现场掌声、吆喝声不断，市民游客纷纷拍照记录。

值得一提的是，由潮阳城南忠精英歌队授教的澳大利亚、加拿大等10个海外潮人社团，此次也派出代表随队参加巡游演出，其中来自澳洲潮汕同乡会英歌队的队员张人懿就加入了城南忠精英歌队助力演出，共庆首个“人类非遗版”春节。

潮阳英歌是汉族民间广场情绪舞蹈，集武术、戏剧、舞蹈于一身，是傩文化的遗存，有三种流派，舞姿多样。1996年，潮阳被命名为“中国民间艺术之乡（英歌艺术）”，2006年，潮阳英歌被列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。如今，潮阳英歌火爆出圈，吸引海外社团前来学习，已助推6个海外潮属社团成立英歌队，推动潮汕文化走向世界。
