The 2025 Chinese New Year Fireworks Show will take place at Guangzhou Bai'etan on January 29th (the first day of the Chinese New Year) at 8:00 PM, lasting for 45 minutes. A total of 153,800 fireworks will be launched, combining high-altitude and mid-to-low-altitude fireworks displays in a new way. In addition to continuing last year's drone and fireworks performances, the event will also feature an innovative light show at the Bai'etan GBA Art Center.

The light show will be projected onto the exterior façade of the Bai'etan GBA Art Center, showcasing the cultural charm of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It will highlight cultural elements from Guangzhou and Liwan, such as dragon boats, lion dances, and other intangible cultural heritage features. The opening drone performance of the fireworks show will present iconic scenes like the Canton Tower and various welcoming messages. The light show at the Art Center will be the grandest and most magnificent since its opening, featuring an extravagant visual display.

Environmental protection is also one of the highlights of this year's fireworks show. Zhang Jiantao stated that the show actively supports the decarbonization goal by 2030 and 2060. Efforts have been made to achieve carbon neutrality in aspects such as the combustion of fireworks, energy consumption for the light show, and fuel consumption by the fireworks boats.

The fireworks show is divided into four chapters. Unlike last year's focus on high-altitude fireworks, this year ensures a more dynamic display with mid-to-low-altitude fireworks, creating a multi-perspective visual feast with high, middle, and low angles. To offer a more diverse experience, floating platforms have been added in addition to the fireworks boats. A total of 11 fireworks boats and floating platforms, stretching 238 meters in length, will be used. Mid-to-low-altitude fireworks will be presented on the platforms, expanding the viewing span of the fireworks from last year's 500 meters to 650 meters. 

At the beginning of the fireworks show, there will be fireworks ascending from the bottom to the top, displaying the phrase "2025 Guangzhou Happy New Year". The performance will also incorporate elements of the Year of the Snake, as well as visual effects like the "Guest-Welcoming Pine," "Seven-colored Clouds," and "Falling Leaves in the Colors of Rainbow." Local Cantonese elements, such as lychees and kapok flowers, will also be beautifully showcased.

153800发烟花，650米视野跨度！广州白鹅潭春节烟花汇演剧透

2025年广州白鹅潭春节烟花汇演将于1月29日（大年初一）晚8时举行，时长45分钟。汇演烟花总数达15万3800发，创新融合高空与中低空烟花表演。除了延续去年的无人机、烟花表演，还创新打造白鹅潭大湾区艺术中心光影秀。

光影秀将在白鹅潭大湾区艺术中心外立面以投影形式呈现，展现粤港澳大湾区人文风情，突出广州、荔湾的文化元素，如龙舟、醒狮等非遗元素。烟花汇演开篇的无人机表演将呈现广州塔、各式欢迎语等，而白鹅潭大湾区艺术中心的光影秀是其开馆以来最盛大、最富丽堂皇的光影汇演。

环保也是今年春节烟花汇演的亮点之一。张剑涛表示，今年春节烟花汇演积极响应“3060”目标，烟花汇演的烟火燃烧、灯光秀的耗电量、烟花船只的耗油量等实现碳中和。

汇演分为4个篇章。与去年主要呈现高空烟花不同，今年保障了中低空烟花效果，打造高、中、低多重视角盛宴。为使视角更多元，除烟花船外还增设浮台，此次共有11艘烟花船（浮台），总长238米，浮台负责中低空烟花呈现，烟花视野跨度从去年500米拓展至650米。

汇演开启时，将有由下至上攀升的烟花，并呈现“2025广州新年好”字样。汇演融合了蛇年生肖元素，还有“迎客松”“七彩祥云”“彩虹落叶”等效果，荔枝、木棉等地道广府元素也将精彩呈现。
