Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday sent a congratulatory letter to the 2024 Understanding China Conference (Guangzhou). Xi said in the letter that to understand China, one needs to understand China's efforts to further deepen reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization. Following the Latin American media delegation, we have found various paths to understanding: to cultivate more communication platforms to strengthen media exchanges and high-level dialogues; to make more international friends to experience Chinese modernization on the spot; and to promote people-to-people exchanges, so as to build a firm foundation of public opinion for the modernization of all countries featuring peaceful development, mutually beneficial cooperation and common prosperity.
