In Uzbekistan, BYD is the best-selling new energy vehicle brand. They were all very excited to visit BYD's headquarters. A journalist said that he wants to buy a Chinese car insteads of a Japanese car in the future.

Since its launch in Uzbekistan from March 2023 to January 2024, BYD has already sold ten thousand new energy vehicles locally.

The BYD Uzbekistan factory has begun production, with a future target annual output of 500,000 BYD hybrid and electric cars.
