Safe shelters and adequate relief materials have been arranged for the quake-affected people in Jintian Village, northwest China's Qinghai Province. Supplies were neatly placed in a specific area, and the affected people queued up to receive them in an orderly manner. Warm-hearted businessmen spontaneously came to make steaming hand-pulled noodles for the affected people.

青海省海东市民和县中川乡金田村位于黄河北岸，离黄河只有数百米之遥。金田村与此次地震的震中甘肃省积石山县隔河相望，受灾严重。20日下午，金田村的受灾群众安置点内，两排帐篷已搭建完毕，救援车辆接连驶入，带来救援物资。工作人员卸下物资，并整齐地摆放在特定区域，受灾群众排队依次签名领取物资。一些热心的商家自发地带着工具和面粉来到了这里，为受灾群众现场制作热气腾腾的拉面。
