The first AI Hong Kong Miss MC, Chen Wanyan, is born.The final round of the Miss Hong Kong Pageant 2023  will kick off on August 27^th, with 16 contestants fully preparing to showcase their best state. The Hong Kong media Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) tries something new this year by incorporating AI into the beauty pageant. By combining clips from the past 50 years' Miss Hong Kong champions' performances, TVB has created the first AI host of Miss Hong Kong, Evelyn Chan.

It is reported that TVB has invited data specialist Herbert Chia to serve as the consultant for the AI project. Not only did Evelyn Chan's appearance refer to the figure of past Miss Hong Kong contestants, but her name was also generated based on their Chinese and English names and information of previous champions, implying both intelligence and charm. The reason for choosing"Chan" as the surname is that there are the most contestants with"Chan" among the previous Miss Hong Kong champions, a total of six.

史上首位AI港姐司仪陈婉嫣诞生

2023香港小姐竞选总决赛将于本周日（27日）举行，16位佳丽正全力备战，务求以最佳状态示人。今年TVB还搞搞新意思，将AI元素融入选美盛事，结合过往50年港姐冠军的参赛片段，生成史上第一位AI港姐司仪“陈婉嫣Evelyn”。

据悉，TVB邀请大数据专家车品觉担任该AI项目顾问，陈婉嫣的外形不但参考了过往港姐的美丽身姿，连名字也是根据往届港姐冠军的中英文名字及资料生成，寓意为既聪明又迷人。为什么AI司仪姓“陈”？原因是往届港姐冠军中陈姓最多，共有六位。
