This year, the Dragon Boat Festival is a hot event in Lingnan. Whether it is the dragon boat race, the unique dragon boat-making craftsmanship, or the folk culture and intangible cultural heritage of dragon boats, they all fully demonstrate the charm of Lingnan culture. The dragon's head and tail are the core of the dragon boat. The head is always enshrined in the ancestral hall and is assembled on the dragon boat only during the Dragon Boat Festival. 

今年端午，岭南与龙舟同热。无论是被戏称为广东当代“贵族运动”的龙舟竞渡，还是匠心独具的龙舟制作技艺，或有关端午龙舟的民俗非遗，都充分彰显出岭南文化的雄直之气。龙头和龙尾被尊为龙舟的“灵魂”。作为可拆卸的独立部件，龙头常年放在祠堂供奉，端午节前才会“请”出来，镶嵌在龙舟上，亮相于竞赛和游龙活动中。
