The 2023 Shenzhen Fisheries Expo is all set to stun the visitors with not one, but two grand ceremonies of Bluefin Tuna cutting on May 11th and 12th. Skilled fish cutters will slice rare and spectacular deep-sea fish king - the Bluefin Tuna.

On the opening day of the expo, China National Agricultural Development Group will present the fresh Atlantic Bluefin Tuna, which weighs over 300 kg and measures more than 2 meters long. Meanwhile, Shenzhen Liancheng Overseas Fishery Group has flown in the heaviest"King of Fish" in the history of Chinese fisheries exhibition, a Bluefin Tuna weighing over 400 kg, all the way from Spain to Shenzhen.

The Bluefin Tuna were known for their sleek body and lightning-fast swimming speed. The cutting of the Bluefin Tuna is a festive and celebratory tradition that symbolizes good luck and prosperity. The "Tuna Cutting Show" is a highly popular culinary performance that promises to offer the audience a visual and gastronomical delight.

渔博会将迎“鱼王”！400多公斤蓝鳍金枪鱼现场开切

5月11日-12日，两场大型金枪鱼开鱼仪式将震撼亮相2023深圳国际渔业博览会。多名切鱼师联袂献技，为观众上演难得一见的深海鱼王——蓝鳍金枪鱼的开鱼仪式。

据介绍，渔博会开幕式当天，中国农业发展集团将呈出来自大西洋的冰鲜蓝鳍金枪鱼。这条大鱼重达300多公斤，身长超过2米。深圳市联成远洋渔业集团从西班牙空运到深圳的蓝鳍金枪鱼重达400多公斤，是国内渔业展会上最重磅的“鱼王”。

金枪鱼体型如梭，游速飞快。开鱼是一种喜庆和丰收的传统庆祝活动，寓意吉祥顺利，祝福成功。“金枪鱼切鱼秀”是人气超高的美食表演，为观众带来视觉与味蕾的双重盛宴。
