眼下,在广东阳江市各大水产批发市场和生鲜超市不少小龙虾现身市场醒目位置,并陆续被端上市民的餐桌,不少市民已经提早安排好了2023年的第一顿小龙虾。
到了夏天,小龙虾可谓是宵夜界的“香饽饽”,经过多年的流行演变,小龙虾的口味除了传统的十三香、麻辣、蒜蓉口味之外,许多店家推出芝士、咸蛋黄、泡菜、蜜汁、芥末等新奇特口味,抓住消费者喜爱尝鲜的心理,呈现出越来越多样化的消费趋势。同时,小龙虾也被引入到预制菜中,做法简单,加热完香味浓郁,线上销售十分火爆。
