They will visit 11 places at Foshan
The "Greater Bay Area (Foshan) Tour", initiated by Yangcheng Evening News, was launched on March 28, with the participation of 25 media experts from China and abroad. They will visit 11 sites in Foshan to appreciate the city's high-quality development model, which integrates "city, industry, and humanities".
1. Meitao Bay Cultural and Creative Industry Cluster
With 5000 years of pottery-making history, Foshan Meitao Bay is on par with Jingdezhen. At present, Meitao Bay is building a complete industrial ecosystem of “culture + creativity + cross-border + fashion + experience” around the two positioning of a national cultural industry demonstration park and a national 5A tourism scenic spot.
2. Sanlong Bay Science and Technology City
As Guangdong’s major industrial and scientific development platform and cooperation platform, Sanlong Bay Science and Technology City attracts investment in emerging strategic industries such as intelligent manufacturing, digital economy and biomedicine. Since its establishment, nearly 60 industrial projects have been signed and launched here, with a total planned investment value of over 60 billion yuan.
3. Runhe Jujin Science and Technology Park
Runhe Jujin Science and Technology Park is an industrial park for incubating small and medium-sized innovative enterprises and enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies to produce novel and unique products. It also serves as an experimental base for the Foshan China Academy of Invention Achievement Transformation (CAIAT). 5. Qiandeng Lake Area

6. Shunde Happy Coast PLUS
Shunde Happy Coast PLUS is the largest urban cultural tourism complex in the Guangdong-Hong Kong
Macao Bay Area and the only provincial-level tourist resort in Foshan City. 7. Nanhai Danzao Kang Yuan
As a municipal park, Kang Yuan (Kang Youwei’s former residence) boasts urban supporting facilities and functions as a cultural tourism scenic spot, recreating the old Lingnan life scene.
8. Art Field Nanhai Guangdong
Art Field Nanhai Guangdong is the first region-wide, regional art festival in China. It has witnessed 134 groups (artists) from 15 countries and regions create and exhibit 73 projects, attracting a total of about 1.14 million visitors.
9. Jiujiang Town, Nanhai District
Jiujiang Town in Nanhai District is one of the top 100 towns of high-quality development in China in 2022.
