Shantou vigorously promote the construction of the textile and garment industry
The second China Chaoshan International Textiles and Clothing Fair will be held from March 24 to 26.
Shantou aims to create a first-class business environment, promote the integrated development of enterprises, universities, and research institutes, improve supporting facilities, and build a textile and garment industry cluster with a scale of over 200 billion yuan. With the superimposed effects of supporting policies and market expansion, Shantou textile and garment enterprises are witnessing important opportunities for high-quality development.
Shantou textile and garment industry has a complete industrial chain, including spinning, weaving, fabric, printing and dyeing, finished products, and sales and display. With a strong supply chain system and high industrial concentration, the city owns several renowned producers, such as "Town of Underwear Production in China", "Town of Knitted-goods Production in China", and "Town of Home Wear Production in China".
The industry here wins the favor of domestic and foreign brands with its quality products, empowering the high-quality development of Shantou. In 2022, there were over 750 major enterprises in the sector in the city, and the industrial output value reached 109.306 billion yuan, accounting for 32% of the city's total industrial output value. The value-added industrial output stood at 23.289 billion yuan, accounting for 30.9% of the city's value-added industrial output.
By holding the exhibition, the city has greatly enhanced industry visibility and brand recognition of the textile and garment industry. The venue area of this year's exhibition reaches 50,000 square meters, attracting over 500 enterprises and brands, over 2,000 agents and 1,000 Internet influencers from all over the country. The exhibition has reached tentative deals with Interfiliere Paris and the LYCRA Company, and the deal value at the opening ceremony is estimated to 11billion yuan. The exhibition will also hold a collective signing ceremony for the global textile procurement center project. In addition, backed by a strong industrial supply chain, Shantou gives full play to the "exhibition + factory" model, which allows buyers to visit factories after engaging in the exhibitions. This can accelerate the production of orders, and promote the high-speed development of the textile and garment industry.
The design of this year's exhibition reflects the marine culture of Shantou. The first "Red Head Boat Cup" International Underwear Design Competition held at the exhibition integrates the traditional culture of Shantou into the industry development, further improving the cultural value of the products and extending the industrial value chain.
规模超2000亿元!汕头构建纺织服装产业集群
3月24日至26日,第二届中国·潮汕国际纺织服装博览会举行。
当下,汕头聚力打造一流营商环境、推动产学研发展、强化配套设施建设,构建规模超2000亿元的纺织服装产业集群。伴随着政策扶持、市场扩大等叠加效应,汕头纺织服装企业正迎来高质量发展的重要机遇期。
汕头纺织服装产业拥有完整的产业链,囊括了从纺纱、织布、面料、印染、成品到销售展示等环节,供应链体系强,产业集聚高,“中国内衣名镇”“中国针织名镇”“中国家居服名镇”等产业名镇遍布汕头。
坚持以质取胜的汕头服装产业受到海内外众多品牌服饰青睐,赋能汕头高质量发展。2022年,全市纺织服装规模以上企业750家,实现工业总产值1093.06亿元,占全市工业总产值的32.2%;工业增加值232.89亿元,占全市工业增加值的30.9%。
通过举办展会,汕头纺织服装产业的知名度、品牌力和影响力大幅提升。本届潮汕服博会展览规模达5万平方米,超500家企业、品牌参展,邀请全国各地代理商超2000家、网红超1000位。展会现场将与法国内衣展、莱卡等达成意向签约,开幕式上签约金额达到110亿元。展会还将举行全球纺织品采购中心项目集体签约入驻仪式。同时,背靠强大的产业供应链,汕头充分发挥“前展后厂”的优势,采购商看完展品看工厂,加速企业订单成果转化,推动纺织服装产业加速发展。
此外,今年秀场设计体现了汕头的海洋文化,展会举办的首届“红头船杯”国际贴身衣物设计大赛,也将汕头传统文化融入产业发展之中,进一步提高了产品文化价值,延伸了产业价值链条。
