On February 25, the opening ceremony of the Overseas Chinese Businessmen Investment Conference 2023, jointly hosted by the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chineseand the Governmentof Guangdong Province, was held at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center.
