新春第一天，吉兔送祝福！在南越王博物院楊永德伉儷捐贈藏枕專題陳列中，有一只藏在瓷枕下的綠色兔子，名為綠釉素面橢圓形兔座枕，來自於距今1000多年前的唐代頂級窯口——鞏縣窯。

兔子在中國傳統文化裏被認為是吉瑞之物，可通人神，從古至今，都是頗受歡迎的萌寵。中國古代陶瓷枕，既有實用性又有藝術性，造型、釉色、裝飾手法變化多樣。在香港文物鑒藏家楊永德及其夫人捐贈的基礎上，南越王博物院建起了全國最大、最精的歷代陶瓷枕館藏，這只兔枕就在那裏展出。

On the first day of the Year of the Rabbit, at the Nanyue King Museum, we find an oval pillow on a rabbit-shaped base in green glaze, which was born in Gongxian Kiln, the top kiln in the Tang dynasty.

Ceramic pillows used to be popular in ancient China as they were functional and had artistic value with various appearances and colors.

Ancient Chinese believed the rabbit was sacred and lucky, so it is still a lovable animal. Based on the donation by Mr. and Mrs. Yeung Wing Tak (Yeung was a famous collector of Chinese national treasures from Hong Kong), the biggest collection of ceramic pillows in China has been built at Nanyue King Museum. The rabbit-shaped pillow is currently on display.
