#TheGreatBeautyofGuangdong The "Traditional tea processing techniques and associated social practices in China" were successfully added to the intangible cultural heritage list of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)on the evening of November 29.

The "Chaozhou Kungfu Tea" is an important part of the project. It is the core representative of the Chinese tea ceremony and Chinese tea art. It is indeed a kind of tea art and a folk custom that symbolizes the Chaozhou people's elegant taste and habits of life. Although popular in Fujian, Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, the influence of Chaozhou Kungfu Tea has already spread throughout the country and overseas.

11月29日晚，我国申报的“中国传统制茶技艺及其相关习俗” 成功列入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。广东省的国家级非物质文化遗产项目“潮州工夫茶艺”是本次申报的“中国传统制茶技艺及其相关习俗”相关项目中重要组成部分。

潮州工夫茶艺是中国茶道的核心代表，在中国茶艺中最具代表性。它既是一种茶艺，也是一种民俗，是“潮人习尚风雅，举措高超”的象征。

虽然盛行于闽粤港台地区，但潮州工夫茶艺的影响力早已遍及全国，远及海外。
