Autumn is the season for harvest and the fragrance of rice, crab fat, red oranges, and yellow chrysanthemum. A gust of autumn breeze brings the wisps of the taste of home and the sentiments of homesickness are felt at heart. "August fried", "September yellow", "Black tiger" etc.. These wild fruits growing in the mountains of northern Guangdong are the taste in the childhood memories of Shixing people in Shaoguan, and also the "Water shield soup and minced perch" that can most stimulate homesickness. 

秋天是收获的季节，稻香蟹肥、橘红菊黄。一阵秋风来袭，丝丝缕缕的家乡味道似乎从鼻尖飘过，故园之思不自觉涌上心头。八月炸、九月黄、黑老虎……这些生长在粤北山间的野果，对于韶关始兴人来说，是儿时记忆中的味道，也是最能激发故园情思的“莼羹鲈脍”。
