The second batch of the 2022 national list of special and new agricultural products was recently published. Xinyi Tangerine and Orah Mandarin successfully made it to the list. The main variety of tangerine here is Sihui Tangerine, which has been planted for more than 20 years, mainly in Chashan, Huaixiangand etc.. The main variety of orah mandarin grown here is Wuming Orah Mandarin from Guangxi Province, which also has a planting history of nearly ten years. At present, Xinyi City is making efforts in all directions around the whole agricultural industry chain to make tangerines and orah mandarins become the "cash cow" of Xinyi fruit farmers.

日前，2022年第二批全国名特优新农产品名录公布。茂名“信宜砂糖桔” “信宜沃柑”两个农产品成功入选。信宜市砂糖桔主要种植品种为四会砂糖桔，有20多年的种植历史，主要种植在茶山、怀乡、池洞、水口、镇隆等地。信宜市沃柑主要种植品种为广西武鸣沃柑，也有近十年的种植历史。目前，信宜市围绕农业全产业链各方向发力，使砂糖桔、沃柑成为信宜果农的“摇钱树”。
