Doumen Lion Dancing dates back to the Ming Dynasty and originates from villages including Hongxing, Zhongxin and Dong'an. As a unique folk art form of Lingnan School, Doumen Lion Dancing combines martial art, music and dance. Lion dance teams perform in the streets and alleys in festival days.
