On July 21, the South China tiger "Mengmeng" gave birth to a male South China tiger cub at the Shaoguan South China Tiger Breeding and Research Base. It is the fifth male South China tiger born since the base started its breeding and research work. The female tiger "Mengmeng"madeanother contribution to the reproduction and development of the South China tiger population. On July 29 this year, the 12th Global Tiger Day, we met the newborn South China tiger cub, which was born less than 10 days ago, and it was lying quietly in the nursery box.

7月21日凌晨，韶关华南虎繁育研究基地的华南虎“梦梦”产下一只雄性华南虎幼崽，这也是基地开展繁育研究工作以来诞生的第5只雄性华南虎。雌虎“梦梦”为华南虎种群繁衍发展作出又一贡献。今年7月29日是第12个“全球老虎日”，当天我们在基地育婴房内，见到了刚出生不到10天的新生华南虎幼崽，它正安安静静地趴在育婴箱内，看起来睡得很香甜。
