"Snow waves at Gantan", one of the eight scenic spots of Shunde in the Qing Dynasty, has reappeared in Guangdong recently. Because of the narrow opening of the beach, the water flows in from the wide surface of the river and then jumps down from its height, creating a scene resembling thousands of horses galloping. Now, the former power station has been transformed into a historical exhibition hall, telling visitors about the past.

洪峰过境，“甘滩雪涛”再现

近日，清代顺德八景之一的“甘滩雪涛”重现广东。由于这里滩口狭小，水流从宽敞河面汇入，从高处跃下，争先恐后地奔涌向甘竹溪，造出势如万马奔腾的景象。如今，在原发电站基础上，发电站已变身成为历史展示馆，向游客们诉说着过往的一切。
