Em 21 de Março, a linha principal do novo túnel de trânsito de Guangzhou-Foshan foi aberta ao tráfego. O primeiro transporte terrestre de Guangzhou-Foshan é a memória colectiva de muitas pessoas de Foshan. Construído no 7ºano de Chongzhen na Dinastia Ming, a estrada testemunha a longa história da comunicação terrestre entre Guangzhou e Foshan de 1634 até aos anos 70. Hoje, a estrada foi substituída por um sistema detransporte bem ligado, mas a sua história e cultura são muito maiores do que aquilo para que foi construída.

On March 21, the main line of the Guangzhou-Foshan new traffic trunk tunnel was opened to traffic. The first Guangzhou-Foshan overland transportation is the collective memory of many Foshan people. Built in the 7th year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty, the road bears witness to the long history of overland communication between Guangzhou and Foshan from 1634 to the 1970s. Today, the road has been replaced by a well-connected transportation system, but its history and culture are far greater than what it was built for.

3月21日，广佛新干线佛山一环隧道主线通车。谈起广佛交通，首条广佛陆路交通省佛通衢是许多佛山人的集体记忆。从明崇祯七年（1634年）开始修建，这条道路见证了广佛两地从明朝末年到上世纪70年代陆路交往的悠久历史。如今，这条道路虽已被两地间四通八达的交通体系所代替，但其所承载的历史和依托这段历史形成的文化，早已远大于当初修建的初衷。
