The Great Motherland-Exhibition of Liang Shixiong’s Chinese Painting will open in Dongguan Lingnan Art Museum on November 16, which is Liang Shixiong's largest solo exhibition so far. Liang Shixiong, who is 88 years old this year, learned from Guan Shanyue, Li Xiongcai and other Lingnan painting masters, making important contributions to the two fields of art creation and art education. He gives full play to the fine tradition of Realism in Chinese painting, put his attention on the life of the world, and created a large number of traditional Chinese paintings reflecting the life of the times and natural landscapes.
“河山闳廓——梁世雄中国画艺术展”将于11月16日在东莞岭南美术馆开展，这是迄今为止梁世雄最大规模个展。今年88岁的梁世雄师承关山月、黎雄才等岭南画坛大家，是新中国美术史上的一位重要艺术家，在美术创作和美术教育两大领域作出了重要贡献。他发挥中国画现实主义的优良传统，将目光投入现世生活中，创作了大量反映时代生活与自然山水的国画作品。
