The beef chow fun (Stir-fried rice noodles with beef) sounds like a simple snack, but it is one of the standards by which Cantonese chefs are judged. In the 4th Guangdong- Hong Kong- Macao Greater Bay Area “Cantonese Cuisine Master” Skills Competition, the beef chow fun became a mandatory test question. A chef who can’t cook this classic snack can’t talk about Cantonese cuisine. Would you like a taste?
