Guo Daqiang, more than 50 years old, has a shaved head, a white beard, but a pair of bright eyes. He is not only the third generation head of Guo’s Xiao Di (Chinese bamboo flute) production, but also the representative inheritor of intangible cultural heritage projects in Guangdong Province. As for how to better pass on the Xiao Di culture in the new era, Guo Daqiang believes that Xiao Di is not only a musical instrument, but more importantly, it is used to cultivate one’s personality, so that the culture reflecting the spirit of the Chinese nation can be passed on to future generations.
