Since its opening one year ago, Hengqin port has handled more than 6 million passengers and about 900,000 vehicles. Zhang Mei is a member of the service team and has witnessed the growth of the cooperative zone. In Zhang Mei’s view, the port is a window, which is the most intuitive carrier to show the mainland’s development achievements, so it must refine its management to improve service quality. She wants everyone to identify with the place, the land, and the beauty it will bring to everyone.

横琴口岸开通运行一年来，已累计验放出入境旅客超过600万人次，车辆约90万辆次。张梅是服务团队的一员，她见证了合作区的成长。在张梅看来，口岸是一个窗口，是展示内地发展成果的最直观的载体，因此必须精细化管理提升服务质量。她希望能让所有人认同这里，认同这块土地，认同这里给每个人带来的美好。
