On the seventh day of the seventh lunar month, the “Stepping out of the Garden” in the Chaoshan area is a special coming-of-age ceremony devoted to teenagers who will welcome their 15_thbirthday in the Chinese calendar. On this day, teenagers will wear red colored, new clothes and clogs, eat a sumptuous feast and bite the head of a chicken to experience the unique customs in the Chaoshan area. 每年的农历七月初七，是潮汕地区15虚岁的“奴仔”（潮语：青少年）举行成人礼的重要日子。潮汕地区的成人礼又被称为“出花园”仪式。在这一天，15岁的少年们身着红衣木屐、吃“头彩食”、咬鸡头，感受潮汕文化的独特魅力。如今，这项非遗文化在传承中融入新时代元素，受到海内外华人的欢迎，进一步丰富了传统文化的推广和普及形式。
