In 2015, the traditional industry began to transform and upgrade. Therefore, Hong Kong youngster Huang Huiming and a few like-minded friends decided to return to Dongguan to help build their hometown. In 2017, they jointly opened “My Farm”, which not only provided a lot of employment opportunities for local people, but also boosted the sales of local agricultural products.
Talking about the future development of the farm, the dark-skinned young man said, “We want to achieve standardized production and process management, as well as combine technology and machines to reduce dependence on labor and achieve a truly modern new agriculture.”
2015时，传统工业开始转型升级，香港“80后”青年黄惠铭和几位志同道合的朋友毅然回到东莞建设家乡。2017年，他们共同开办了“我的农场”，“我的农场”不仅给当地人提供了大量的就业机会，也带动了当地农产品的销量。
谈到农场将来的发展，这位皮肤黝黑的青年目光坚定地说：“我们要做到标准化生产、流程化管理，要结合技术和机器，降低对劳动力的依赖，实现真正现代化的新农业。”
