On September 19th, the 1st International Oncology Treatment Forum took place in Foshan, Guangdong. The forum brought together over 200 experts in oncology, radiotherapy, and related fields from 15 countries and regions, including the United States, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Russia.

During the forum, the International Oncology Alliancewas officially established. According to organizers, the alliance will pool medical institutions and oncology experts across member countries and regions, progressively building a network for international teleconsultationand second opinion services.

"China's diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, along with its medical capabilities, are advancing rapidly—achieving swift progress in areas from precision radiotherapyand cell therapyto biopharmaceuticals," noted a representative from Fosun Health. An increasing number of overseas patients are eager to travel thousands of miles to Guangdong for medical treatment.

Cost-effectiveness is another major draw for overseas patients. Shen Yunillustrated this with a calculation using a specific CAR-T cell therapy product: the same product costs around 1.2 million yuan in China, compared to approximately 375,000 US dollars in Singapore and up to 750,000 US dollars in the United States, representing a several-fold price difference.

To address the challenges faced by overseas cancer patients, Fosun Health is exploring a comprehensive full-process navigation service model. Before treatment, patients can submit medical recordsthrough overseas representative officesor teleconsultation platforms for preliminary evaluation by oncology experts. During treatment, multilingual escort and interpretation services are provided. After treatment, regular follow-upsare conducted via remote consultation platforms, creating a seamless model of "China-based treatment + local follow-up".

全球肿瘤协作联盟佛山成立！15国专家共探国际患者“来华就医”新通道

9月19日，第一届国际肿瘤治疗峰会在广东佛山举行。本届峰会汇聚来自美国、印度尼西亚、孟加拉国、巴基斯坦、俄罗斯等15个国家和地区的200余位肿瘤学、放射治疗及相关领域专家。

峰会期间，全球肿瘤协作联盟正式成立。据介绍，全球肿瘤协作联盟将汇聚各成员国家和地区的医疗机构及肿瘤专家资源，逐步构建国际远程会诊及第二诊疗意见（Second Opinion）服务网络。

“中国的诊疗技术和诊疗能力正在飞速发展，从精准放疗、细胞治疗到生物药，都取得了非常快速的进展。”复星健康相关负责人表示，越来越多海外患者愿意不远千里来到广东接受诊疗。

同时还有患者看中的是中国医疗的性价比。沈赟以CAR-T细胞治疗某品牌产品为例算了一笔账：同款产品在国内价格约120万元人民币，在新加坡约为37.5万美元，在美国则高达75万美元，中外价差可达数倍。

针对境外肿瘤患者面临的相关障碍，复星健康正在探索“全流程导航”服务模式。诊前，患者可通过海外办事处或远程会诊平台提交病历，肿瘤专家进行前置评估；诊中，提供多语种陪诊；诊后，通过远程复诊平台进行定期随访，形成“中国治疗+本地随访”的连续管理。
