Guangdong announced on August 10th that it had attracted more than one million university graduates to stay in or move to the province for employment or entrepreneurship in 2026. This means that Guangdong has met the target of its "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative ahead of schedule for the second consecutive year.

The 2026 "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" Job Fair (Spring Session) focused on modern services and advanced manufacturing. Participating companies were grouped by industrial chain, with leading enterprises bringing together upstream and downstream partners to recruit talent collectively.

Guangdong has worked both to build a pipeline of young talent for high-tech enterprises and specialized and sophisticated enterprises that produce new and unique products, and to provide a steady stream of policy-supported positions in government agencies, public institutions and state-owned enterprises. The N-City Spring Joint Recruitment Campaign headed north, visiting leading universities in 13 provincial-level regions, including Beijing, Shanghai, Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi. A total of 7,400 employers took part in more than 120 campus recruitment events, attracting over 220,000 graduates seeking employment.

By advancing recruitment both online and offline, Guangdong has created a talent market that never closes. A dedicated recruitment section on the "Yuejiuye" (Jobs in Guangdong) mini-program has received more than 1.07 million resumes to date. It also provides digital services such as AI-powered interviews, resume diagnostics and intelligent job matching, overcoming geographical and time constraints to connect employers and job seekers accurately around the clock.

Going forward, Guangdong will draw on its well-established province-wide talent recruitment system to systematically organize a series of events, including the N-City Autumn Joint Recruitment Campaign and a large-scale comprehensive job fair in the autumn. The province will continue to expand the supply of high-quality positions, improve its job-matching mechanisms and attract talent from far and wide.

8月10日，广东发布重磅消息：2026年已吸纳超100万高校毕业生留粤来粤就业创业。这也意味着，广东连续两年提前实现“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划目标。

“百万英才汇南粤”2026年春季大型综合招聘会分别聚焦现代服务业、先进制造业，将企业按照产业链条集中排布，链主企业带领上下游生态企业“组团”揽才。

广东既为高新技术企业、专精特新企业等储备青年人才，也持续释放机关事业单位、国有企业政策性岗位。N城联动春季招聘活动一路北上，走进北京、上海、湖北、湖南、江西等13个省市的重点高校，7400家用人单位奔赴各地，120多场校园招聘，吸引超22万毕业生到场求职。

线上线下双向发力，搭建“永不落幕”的人才市场。依托“粤就业”小程序开设专项引才专区，累计接收简历超107万份，配套AI面试、简历诊断、智能岗位匹配等数字化服务，打破时空限制，实现全天候精准供需对接。

接下来，广东将依托成熟的全域引才体系，有序开展N城联动秋季招聘活动、秋季大型综合招聘会等系列活动，持续扩容优质岗位、优化对接机制，广纳天下英才。
