During the summer holiday, the Bambu Lab flagship store at MixC Shenzhen Bay welcomed a steady stream of families with children. In front of the 3D printer display wall, visitors watched the printing process with fascination; beside miniature sand tables created by 3D printers, they eagerly tried interactive games; and next to the printers, they scanned QR codes to browse and select their favorite models. Once a maker's machine for tech enthusiasts, the 3D printer has now become a popular attraction in mainstream shopping malls.

Known as "China's top city for consumer-grade 3D printing," Shenzhen saw its 3D printing equipment output increase 58.1% year on year, while exports surged 127.5% to 8.27 billion yuan, accounting for 86% of China's total exports of similar products.

Industry data show that four Shenzhen-based companies – Bambu Lab, Creality, Anycubic, and Elegoo – together accounted for 88% of global shipments of entry‑level 3D printers in the same period. In other words, consumer-grade 3D printers shipped from Shenzhen now represent nearly 90% of the worldwide market.

Currently, structural components for consumer-grade 3D printers are largely supplied by domestic manufacturers, while most main control chips are also domestically developed. A higher level of localization has not only directly reduced manufacturing costs but also enabled leading companies to continuously upgrade through closer integration of hardware and software.

深圳“消费级3D打印机”拿下全球市场近九成份额

暑假，深圳湾万象城的拓竹科技旗舰店迎来大量亲子客流。3D打印机展示墙前，有人在饶有兴致地观察打印过程；3D打印的微缩沙盘旁边，有人在兴致勃勃地体验互动游戏；3D打印机旁，有人在扫码认真挑选心仪的模型……曾经属于技术极客的“造物机器”，正成为大众商场里的热门体验项目。

被称作“消费级3D打印第一城”的深圳3D打印设备产量同比增长58.1%，出口额同比增长127.5%，达82.7亿元，占全国同类产品出口总额的86%。

有数据显示，拓竹科技、创想三维、纵维立方、智能派四家深圳企业，合计占同期全球入门级3D打印机出货量的88%。从深圳出发的消费级3D打印机，几乎占据全球市场九成份额。

目前，消费级3D打印机的结构物料已基本实现国产自给，主控芯片大部分也采用国产方案。更高的国产化率不仅直接降低制造成本，也让头部企业能够围绕软硬件协同持续迭代。
