City Life | On June 10, the sixth season of Rediscovery was officially launched at China HotelGuangzhou. Initiated in 2020 through a collaboration between Guangzhou Museum and China Hotel, the project is dedicated to reviving once-beloved Cantonese cuisine dishes that have gradually disappeared from everyday dining. This year's menu features recipes rediscovered from historical archives as well as flavors preserved in collective memory, offering diners a chance to reconnect with Guangzhou's culinary heritage. Visitors spending the Dragon Boat Festival holiday in Guangzhou can savor these revived delicacies alongside traditional Zongzi and festive dragon boat banquet dishes. #citylife
