On May 30th, the number of exit-entry passengers inspected by the Zhuhai General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection surpassed 100 million this year, reaching the milestone 16 days earlier than in 2025. Among them, the number of Chinese mainland travelers visiting Hong Kong and Macao exceeded 55 million, while crossings by Hong Kong and Macao residents totaled 42 million, representing year-on-year increases of more than 9% and 10%, respectively. The accelerated development of physical connectivity of infrastructure and institutional connectivity of rules in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is helping to speed up the formation of a one-hour living circle across the region.

Since the beginning of the year, passenger traffic growth has been most pronounced at Hengqin Port, where more than 15 million exit-entry passengers have been recorded, up about 30% year on year. The port has become one of the busiest channels for cross-border travel within the GBA.

Statistics show that the station has inspected more than 6 million exit-entry transportation vehicles, aircraft and vessels so far this year, an increase of over 15% from a year earlier. Among them, more than 1.7 million vehicle crossings were made under the "Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles" scheme and the "Northbound Travel for Macao Vehicles" policy, up more than 11% year on year, indicating sustained policy dividends.

Meanwhile, with a series of facilitation measures including the 240-hour visa-free transit policy, as well as mutual and unilateral visa exemption policies, the number of exit-entry foreign nationals through ports under the station's jurisdiction has also maintained rapid growth. To date, the station has inspected approximately 1 million foreign travelers this year, a year-on-year increase of more than 25%.

珠海边检总站年内查验出入境人员破亿人次

5月30日，珠海边检总站年内查验出入境人员已突破1亿人次大关，较去年提前了16天。其中，查验内地赴港澳旅客和港澳居民入出境数量分别达5500万和4200万人次，同比分别增长超9%和10%，粤港澳大湾区“硬联通”与“软联通”协同提速，“一小时生活圈”加速形成。

今年以来，横琴口岸客流量增长最为明显，年内经该口岸出入境人员数量超1500万人次，同比大幅增长约30%，成为大湾区人员往来最活跃的通道之一。

据统计，年内该总站已查验出入境交通运输工具超600万辆（架/艘）次，同比增长超15%。其中，备受关注的“港车北上”“澳车北上”车辆数量超170万辆次，同比增长超11%，政策红利持续释放。

与此同时，随着240小时过境免签、互免签证、单方面免签等一系列便利措施的深入实施，经辖区口岸出入境的外籍人员数量同样保持高速增长。截至目前，该总站年内累计查验出入境外国人约100万人次，同比大幅增长超25%。
