On April 27th, the Guangdong Artificial Intelligence Application Matchmaking Conference was held in Shenzhen. A total of 23 flagship cases showcasing AI empowerment across industries were released at the event, covering key areas such as scientific and technological innovation, manufacturing, commercial distribution, public services, and the synergy between computing power and electricity. The cases highlight Guangdong's latest achievements in advancing the deep integration of artificial intelligence with the real economy.

Manufacturing accounted for the largest share of featured use cases. Shenzhen JLC Technology Group Co., Ltd. leveraged an "AI + flexible manufacturing" model to build an ecosystem for hardware innovation, creating a one-stop platform covering PCB prototyping, electronic components supply, SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly, EDA tools, 3D printing, and CNC machining. The platform handles tens of thousands of PCB prototyping orders from around the world every day.

Guangzhou-based Tungee has launched an overseas version of the Futern·AI customer acquisition platform, offering a "global AI sales agent" tailored for foreign trade enterprises. The platform covers more than 250 countries and regions, 350 million businesses, and 900 million business contacts. It can independently complete sales processes such as customer identification, lead qualification, outreach, and follow-up, helping Chinese companies improve efficiency in acquiring overseas clients.

The Government Services and Data Management Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality has introduced "Shen Xiao i", an AI-powered civic assistant serving as a unified customer service platform for the digital government. It has been deployed across seven service scenarios, with over 1.2 million registered users and more than 5.3 million service interactions, achieving a response rate above 98%. The system enables users to complete procedures while chatting, supports pre-filled forms and preliminary document review, and significantly improves administrative efficiency.

广东人工智能与实体经济深度融合

27日，广东省人工智能应用对接大会在深圳举行。大会现场集中发布23个AI赋能千行百业典型案例，涵盖科技创新、制造业、商贸流通、公共服务、算电协同等重点领域，集中展示广东推动人工智能与实体经济深度融合的最新成果。

制造业是本次大会案例最集中的领域。其中，深圳嘉立创以“AI+柔性制造”打造硬件创新生态，形成覆盖PCB打样、元器件供应、贴片制造、EDA设计工具、3D打印和CNC加工的一站式平台，每天承接全球数万款PCB打样需求。

广州企业探迹科技推出海外版Futern·AI出海拓客平台，面向外贸企业打造“全球AI销售智能体”。平台覆盖250多个国家和地区、3.5亿市场主体、9亿公司人脉，可自主完成找客户、筛选线索、触达跟进等销售流程，帮助中国企业提升出海获客效率。

深圳市政务服务和数据管理局发布数字政府总客服“深小i”AI政务助手，已上线七大服务场景，注册用户超120万，累计服务超530万次，应答率超98%。系统可实现边聊边办、表单预填、材料预审，显著提升办事效率。
