From April 10th to 12th, the 15th Guangdong Modern Agricultural Expo will be held at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center in Dongguan. 21 prefecture-level cities will present their authentic local delicacies and top-quality agricultural products, inviting visitors to sample the province's freshest flavors all in one place.


Known as the "jade among rices," Guangdong Simiao rice features long, translucent grains with a pleasantly soft and chewy texture. Well-known varieties such as Zengcheng Simiao rice, Taishan rice, and Luofu Mountain rice have long been recognized as premium agricultural brands. Today, the Simiao rice industry continues to innovate beyond the traditional dining table, with creative products such as Simiao Latte and Simiao Ice Cream set to debut at the expo.


A wide range of Lingnan fruits will also be on display, allowing visitors to experience their natural sweetness even before the peak harvest season. Powered by high-pressure processing (HPP) fresh-keeping technology, a variety of processed lychee products will be showcased, including freshly squeezed lychee juice, lychee black tea, lychee vinegar, and aged lychee wine. Meanwhile, Meizhou's pomelo, developed through a full-industry-chain approach, has expanded into candied pomelo peel, fruit tea, craft beer, and cultural and creative products, further enhancing the value of Guangdong's specialty fruit industry.

Three renowned Lingnan teas, including Phoenix Dancong Oolong Tea, Yingde Black Tea, and Zijin Cicada Tea, have gained increasing popularity in recent years. Phoenix Dancong Oolong Tea is known for its rich and varied aromas; Yingde Black Tea is celebrated for its smooth and mellow taste and has earned widespread recognition both in China and overseas; and Zijin Cicada Tea is distinguished by its natural honey aroma created by the symbiotic relationship between insects and tea plants. Together, they highlight the depth and diversity of Lingnan tea culture.

Huazhou Huajuhong, valued for both medicinal and culinary uses, is widely used in health and wellness products; Xinhui Chenpi is commonly applied in tea drinks, seasoning, and traditional health foods; while Qingyuan Chicken and Xingning Pigeon recreate classic Cantonese flavors. Other highlights include Zhanjiang Oysters, Shantou Beef Balls, and Lianzhou Choy Sum, together presenting a vivid and diverse picture of Guangdong's modern agricultural landscape.

4月10日-12日,第十五届广东现代农业博览会将在东莞广东现代国际展览中心举办,21个地级市拿出了各自的地道美食、最优农产品,邀你一展吃遍广东“鲜”。

凤凰单丛、英德红茶、紫金蝉茶三大名茶近年来不断“出圈”。凤凰单丛香气馥郁,香型丰富多样;英德红茶口感温润醇厚,收获海内外广泛赞誉;紫金蝉茶依托虫茶共生造就独有的天然蜜香。三款特色名茶齐聚展会,带来岭南茶文化的深厚底蕴。
化州化橘红药食同源、养生百搭;新会陈皮在茶饮、调味、养生等领域应用广泛;清远鸡、兴宁鸽复刻经典粤式风味;湛江生蚝、汕头牛肉丸、连州菜心等地市招牌好物悉数亮相,生动绘就多彩鲜活的广东农业画卷。
