On April 8th, Karem from Milan started his discovery tour of Guangdong-made products. To mark the occasion, Yangcheng Evening News released a series of creative posters that vividly capture the heartwarming story of the "Crispy Candy Cross-Border Relay", a viral online sensation, through powerful visual storytelling.






Candy Wish: "Could you help bring me some of this candy next time?" A hotel receptionist in Milan, Italy, happened to taste Hsu Fu Chi crispy candy given by Chinese tourists and immediately fell in love with it. His story of holding up the wrapper and asking Chinese tourists to help bring him more soon spread on social media, attracting widespread attention.
Cross-border Relay: What followed was a spontaneous "Crispy Candy Cross-Border Relay," as local Chinese residents and travelers made relay visits to the hotel to drop off "treats," making him beam with joy.
Warm Response: Hsu Fu Chi, the candy manufacturer, quickly responded by sending Karem more crispy candy and inviting this super fan to visit its factory in Dongguan.
Two Sessions Spotlight: The crispy candy appeared at the Guangdong Delegation's open day during the 2026 national Two Sessions, where it became a popular hit and attracted foreign journalists to stop, taste, praise and share the story. Some foreign journalists also joined the relay, calling on Karem to come to China for the candy.
Sweet Trip to China: Karem accepted the invitation and expressed great anticipation for products made in China and Lingnan culture. He has made a shopping list, hoping to bring more high-quality Guangdong-made products and memorable experiences in China back to Italy.
Discovery Tour: From April 8th to 12th, Karem, together with two bloggers who joined the "Crispy Candy Cross-Border Relay," will visit Dongguan, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. He will explore where Guangdong products are made, experience Lingnan cultural heritage, and take in the vibrant energy of the Greater Bay Area.

4月8日,米兰小哥广货之旅正式开启。羊城晚报通过一组创意海报,以视觉语言生动呈现“酥心糖跨国接力”这一全网热点事件的暖心历程。
求购糖果:“下次能不能帮忙带这个糖?”意大利米兰一酒店前台小哥偶然尝到中国游客赠送的徐福记酥心糖,便深深爱上了这份东方甜意。他拿着糖纸向中国游客求购酥心糖的故事被分享到社交平台上引发关注。
跨国接力:一场自发的“酥心糖跨国接力”就此开启,华人同胞、中国游客纷纷前往酒店向米兰小哥投喂糖果,让小哥乐得合不拢嘴。
声声回响:糖果生产商徐福记积极回应,不仅给米兰小哥暖心送上酥心糖,更邀请这位超级粉丝到东莞工厂来。
两会邀约:酥心糖亮相2026年全国两会广东代表团开放日现场,并成为人气爆款,吸引各国记者驻足品尝、点赞分享。外媒记者接力喊话米兰小哥来中国吃糖。
