Recently, Chinese motorcycle brand ZXMOTO secured back-to-back wins at the World Superbike Championship (WSBK) in Portugal with its independently developed 820RR-RS motorcycle. Behind this historic breakthrough, "Made in Guangdong" has provided solid support.

From KOVE MOTO to ZXMOTO's renewed entrepreneurial venture, Jiangmen Ruiyue Industry Co., Ltd. has consistently collaborated on development with the highest standards. For ZXMOTO 500RR, the muffler and fuel tank were also developed by Ruiyue Industry. To support this young entrepreneur, the company only charged half of the development fee. This year, besides the 820RR-RS, five other models from ZXMOTO are set to launch, with their mufflers exclusively supplied by Ruiyue Industry.
Cai Shaofeng, Chairman of Ruiyue Industry, stated that Zhang Xue's requirements for products are extremely stringent. A product that might easily pass at other manufacturers often undergoes numerous rounds of rejection and redesign under his scrutiny. Yet Cai told his team firmly,"Only this way can we keep improving and truly go global."

The consecutive wins of the ZXMOTO820RR-RS at the WSBK in Portugal broke the decades-long dominanceof European and American manufacturers in the event. In Cai's view, this achievement is far from accidental. "It is a source of pride for China's manufacturing sector and a strong boost of confidence for the domestic motorcycle industry."

Around 2009, after establishing a firm foothold in the traditional motorcycle components sector, Cai decided to pivot toward the motorcycle modification market, specializing in mufflers and fuel tanks. When China's large-displacement motorcycle market began to emerge around 2015, Ruiyue Industry, leveraging its solid technological expertise, became a key parts supplier for brands such as MOTRAC and BENDA, and forged a lasting partnership with ZXMOTO. At present, Ruiyue operates two differentiated fuel tank production lines with a monthly capacity of over 30,000 units, as well as four high-end exhaust pipe (muffler) production lines with a monthly output of more than 30,000 sets.
张雪机车夺冠,江门企业独家打造夺冠摩托车的排气管
近日,中国摩托车品牌张雪机车自主研发的820RR-RS在世界超级摩托车锦标赛(WSBK)葡萄牙站连夺两冠。在这场历史性突破的背后,“广东制造”提供了坚实支撑。
从凯越到张雪机车再次创业,江门市瑞跃实业有限公司始终以最高标准配合开发。张雪机车推出的500RR,消音器和油箱也由瑞跃实业进行开发,为帮这位年轻人一把,仅收取了一半的开发费。今年,除820RR-RS外,张雪机车还有另五款车型即将上市,消音器均由瑞跃实业独家承包。
瑞跃实业董事长蔡少峰介绍,张雪对产品的要求近乎苛刻,一个产品在其他厂家或许轻易通过,在张雪这里却要经历无数次推翻重来。但他坚定地告诉团队:“只有这样,我们才能不断进步,才能走向世界。”
张雪机车820RR-RS在世界超级摩托车锦标赛葡萄牙站连续夺冠,打破了欧美厂商在该赛事长达几十年的垄断。在蔡少峰看来,这一成绩绝非偶然,“这是中国制造业的骄傲,也给我们国内摩托车行业打了一剂强心针。”
2009年前后,已在传统摩托车配套领域站稳脚跟的蔡少峰,决心转型做改装市场,专攻消音器和油箱。在2015年国内大排量摩托车市场萌芽之际,凭借过硬的技术积累,瑞跃实业成为摩瑞、奔达等品牌的配套商,更与张雪机车结下不解之缘。目前,瑞跃拥有差异化燃油箱生产线2条,月产能达3万多只;高端排气管(消声器)生产线4条,月产能达3万多套。
