The "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" Spring 2026 Large-scale Comprehensive Job Fair has just concluded with its momentum still going strong, and Guangdong is rolling out another major initiative: the 2026 "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" multi-city spring recruitment campaigns are set to launch. On March 20^th, more than 120 key enterprises and public institutions from Guangdong will bring over 10,000 high-quality jobs to Peking University, marking the start of the province's cross-provincial recruitment drive.

Before the end of March, Guangzhou and Shenzhen will continue to take the lead and launch intensive talent recruitment campaigns in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai, covering a host of top-tier universities including Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China and Fudan University. The campaigns focus on emerging pillar industries such as integrated circuits, biomedicine, the low-altitude economy and intelligent robots.

Leading enterprises including Huawei, Tencent and BYD have offered highly competitive compensation packages. Among the over 10,000 high-quality jobs on offer, more than 2,000 come with an annual salary of 500,000 to 1 million yuan, over 120 offer an annual salary exceeding 1 million yuan, and over 1,000 roles have negotiable salaries with no upper limit. Meanwhile, nearly 5,000 internship positions are also available alongside full-time roles.

Notably, a one-person-company (OPC) Entrepreneurship Support Zone will be added to this recruitment campaign. Professional incubation platforms such as Nanshan Model Camp and Shenzhen Angel Family (Futian), as well as venture capital institutions including Shenzhen Angel Fund-of-Funds (FOF), will be present on-site to provide one-stop consultation for students with entrepreneurial aspirations.

The Peking University event is just the beginning, paving the way for the 2026 multi-city spring recruitment campaigns to be rolled out across the country. All 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong will mobilize, with the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta focusing on targeted cooperation. Each recruitment event will be closely aligned with the advantageous disciplines of universities to precisely match talents with suitable positions.

Building on the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" Initiative, Guangdong recruited over 1.1 million college graduates to settle and develop in the province last year. In the first year of the 15^th Five-Year Plan period, Guangdong plans to recruit an additional 1 million college graduates.

刚落幕的“百万英才汇南粤”2026年春季大型综合招聘会余温未散，广东再放大招——“百万英才汇南粤”2026年N城联动春季招聘活动即将启动。3月20日，广东120余家重点企事业单位将带着超万个优质岗位走进北京大学，拉开广东跨省送岗大幕。

据悉，3月底前，广州、深圳将继续领衔，在北京、天津、上海三地密集摆开“招才擂台”，覆盖清华、人大、复旦等一众顶尖高校，目光锁定集成电路、生物医药、低空经济、智能机器人等新兴支柱产业。

华为、腾讯、比亚迪这些响当当的企业，这次都拿出了“真金白银”的诚意：现场超万个优质岗位里，年薪50万到100万元的岗位就有2000多个，年薪百万以上的岗位也突破了120个，更有上千个岗位薪酬面议，上不封顶。与此同时，除了全职岗位，近5000个实习岗位也同步亮相。

值得注意的是，本次招聘将增设OPC创业扶持专区。南山模力营、福田天使荟等专业孵化载体，还有天使母基金等创投机构都来到现场，为有创业梦想的学子提供“一站式”咨询。

北京大学的这场启幕，只是一个开始。随着北京大学专场的启动，2026年N城联动春季招聘将在全国全面铺开——广东21个地级以上市全面发力，珠三角九市重点对接，每一场招聘都紧扣高校优势学科，精准匹配人才与岗位。

作为“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划的纵深推进，广东去年已吸纳超110万高校毕业生扎根成长；“十五五”开局之年，广东计划再吸纳超100万名高校毕业生。
