On March 15^th, the 2026 "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" Job Fair (Spring Session) opened at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, with nearly 2,000 employers offering more than 85,000 job openings. More than 20,000 of the positions offer annual salaries above 200,000 yuan, while over 3,000 pay more than 500,000 yuan a year, effectively extending to talent nationwide an invitation to pursue their dreams in Guangdong.

Behind this "dream-chasing invitation" lies Guangdong's sincerity and aspirations, as well as a two-way embrace between youthful ambition and the province's development.

Last year, Guangdong vigorously implemented the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative, staging more than 5,000 recruitment events throughout the year and across the country. In the end, 1.1 million university graduates chose to stay in or move to Guangdong to work or start businesses, exceeding the province's talent recruitment target. This means roughly one in every 10 of China's 12.22 million college graduates began a new chapter of life in Guangdong. In 2026, the province will continue to attract more than 1 million university graduates to work or start businesses in Guangdong. For high-end and urgently needed talents in strategic and frontier sectors, it will also introduce support measures such as "a single application allows the entire family to obtain local household registration," backed by tangible financial incentives to clear the way for young people's dreams.

For young talent, Guangdong's appeal lies not only in its generous policy support and broad career pathways, but also in a supportive environment that respects talent and encourages innovation. In Guangdong, youthful dreams can take root and flourish. "About 72% of Sun Yat-sen University's Class of 2025, nearly 7,000 graduates, chose to work in Guangdong," said Gao Song, a deputy to the National People's Congress and president of Sun Yat-sen University. The figures speak volumes about Guangdong's appeal to talent. Through the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative, the province has also sent a clear message: all paths lead to Guangdong in development.

From world-class mathematician Zhang Yitang taking up a full-time post in Guangdong to new-generation farmer Shen Yanfen, born in the 1990s, putting down roots in the countryside to pursue her startup dream, talented people of all kinds have found room to thrive here. Du Yixian, the director of Lyric Research Institute, said he had gone from feeling like a son of Hubei away from home to becoming, in his words, "part of the Huizhou family." He said, "In Huizhou, I don't feel like a stranger from another place. I feel at home." Chen Zhuang, a Wuhan University PhD who joined EVE Energy Co., Ltd., said frankly, "Guangdong has many outstanding innovative companies, and the entrepreneurial atmosphere is deeply appealing to me." In Guangdong, top scientists, industry leaders and fresh graduates alike can enjoy fair opportunities, broad room for growth and a stage on which hard work can translate into personal achievement. 

"Guangdong is a prime place for entrepreneurship and fertile ground for global talent to put down roots," said He Xiaopeng, a deputy to the National People's Congress and chairman and CEO of XPENG, during the Guangdong delegation's open session at 2026 China's "Two Sessions." His remarks echoed the feelings of many people who have come to Guangdong to pursue opportunities.

As the 15^th Five-Year Plan period gets underway, Guangdong will continue to foster an enabling environment for high-quality employment and welcome talent from near and far, enabling every youthful dream to flourish in southern China and allowing talent and Guangdong to grow together and achieve mutual success.

广东向全国英才递出“逐梦邀请函” 

3月15日，2026“百万英才汇南粤”春季大型综合招聘会在广交会展馆开幕，近2000家单位提供超8.5万个岗位，其中年薪超20万的岗位超2万个，年薪超50万的岗位超3000个，悄悄为全国英才递出通往广东的“逐梦邀请函”。

“逐梦邀请函”的背后，是广东的诚意与期盼，更是一场青春梦想与城市发展的双向奔赴。

去年，广东高规格实施“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划，举办超5000场招聘活动，贯穿全年、横跨全国，最终吸引110万名高校毕业生留粤来粤就业创业，超额完成引才任务——这意味着，全国1222万名高校毕业生中，每10人就有1人在南粤书写人生新篇章。2026年，广东将继续吸纳超100万名高校毕业生来粤就业创业，对高精尖缺和前沿赛道领域的重点人才，更实行“一人申请，全家落户”等支持政策，用“真金白银”的诚意，为青春梦想扫清障碍。

对于青年人才而言，广东的吸引力，不只是优厚的政策待遇和广阔的就业赛道，更在于这里尊重人才、鼓励创新的良好生态，在于这里能让青春梦想落地生根、开花结果。“中山大学2025届毕业生约72%留在广东工作，有近7000人。”全国人大代表、中山大学校长高松透露的数字，正是广东人才吸引力的最好证明，广东也以“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划，唱响了“东西南北中、发展到广东”的时代强音。

从世界顶级数学家张益唐全职加盟，到“90后”新农人沈燕芬扎根乡村实现创业梦想；从利元亨研究院院长杜义贤从“湖北游子”变成“惠州家人”，直言“在惠州，没有异乡，只有家乡”，到与亿纬锂能签约的武汉大学博士陈壮坦言“广东有很多优秀的创新企业，创业氛围很吸引我”，无数人才在广东找到了实现梦想的舞台。在这里，无论是顶尖科学家、行业领军人才，还是刚走出校门的应届毕业生，都能获得公平的发展机会、广阔的成长空间，凭借自身努力实现人生价值。

“广东是一块创业的福地，也是吸引全球人才扎根的热土。”全国人大代表、小鹏汽车董事长兼CEO何小鹏在今年全国两会期间广东代表团开放团组活动上的发言，道出了很多“广漂”的心声。
