2月25日，随着广东全民终身学习平台正式上线，广东学分银行完成了从制度创新到惠民落地的关键一跃。

学分银行，顾名思义，是一个存储学习成果的“银行”。但它不存钱，存的是一个人一生中通过各种途径获得的学习成果。居民在学分银行这里选修的每一门课程、获得的每一张证书，都会被它忠实记录、自动积累、权威认证、自由兑换。学习成为可以终身有效、持续增值的“数字资产”。
