"We aim to attract more than one million college graduates for employment and entrepreneurship in Guangdong this year." The Guangdong Provincial High-quality Development Conference was held on February 24th, where it was announced that the province will further implement the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative, with the aim of building a large, high-calibre, interdisciplinary talent pool. As 2026 marks the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, Guangdong, adopting a "sprint from the start" approach, will host two large-scale comprehensive recruitment fairs to high standards.

From March 15th to 16th, the 2026 "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" Spring Large-Scale Comprehensive Recruitment Fair will be held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. Over 1,500 key employers will gather, offering more than 50,000 quality job openings. Central and local state-owned enterprises (SOEs), leading tech companies, supply chain leaders, SRDI (Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative) enterprises, alongside colleges and research institutions, will join forces to recruit. Another large-scale comprehensive recruitment fair will be held in Shenzhen in autumn, creating a sustained recruitment drive coordinated across two cities in both spring and autumn.

Closely aligned with the building of a modern industrial system, the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" 2026 Action Plan will roll out ten themed recruitment series targeting manufacturing, emerging industries, future industries and more. It will also establish dedicated matching platforms for returned overseas professionals and highly skilled talent, enabling efficient matching between talent and positions.

今年再引100万高校毕业生来粤

“今年再吸纳100万以上高校毕业生在粤就业创业。”2月24日，广东省高质量发展大会召开。会上宣布，深入实施“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划，打造一支数量充足、素质优良的复合型人才队伍。2026年是“十五五”开局起步第一年，广东以“开局即冲刺”的姿态，将高规格举办2场大型综合招聘会。

3月15日至16日，“百万英才汇南粤”2026年春季大型综合招聘会将在广州广交会展馆举办。超1500家重点用人单位集结亮相，带来超5万个优质岗位，央企国企、科技领军、链主企业、专精特新、高校科研机构同台揽才。秋季还将在深圳举办另一场大型综合招聘会，形成春秋联动、双城呼应的引才格局。

“百万英才汇南粤”2026年行动计划，紧扣现代化产业体系建设，将聚焦制造业、新兴与未来产业等推出十大系列专题招聘；同时专门面向海归人才、高技能人才搭建对接平台，让人才与岗位高效匹配。
