On February 25th, Guangdong held a press conference on the construction of its lifelong learning system that serves the general public, at which Guangdong's Lifelong Learning Public Platform was officially launched. At the event, Hu Jinjun, a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China, Guangdong Provincial Committee and director of the Provincial Publicity Department, released the progress of this system's construction to the public.

Hu noted that Guangdong's lifelong learning system that serves the general public is a super learning ecosystem and a closed-loop service system, which is developed entirely based on the needs of the people. Simply put, it adheres to the principle of "we will do our utmost to meet your learning needs". A one-stop login via the unified entrance enables access to all learning resources across the platform when needed. The column Course Supermarket offers a wide range of top-quality courses from Guangdong and even the whole country. The column Credit Bank allows accumulated learning achievements to be converted into "hard currency" for academic education when you want to engage in real practice. There is even an intelligent learning companion that provides personalized course recommendations, making learning truly tailored to each individual.

What is more valuable than inclusiveness is precision. The platform has launched targeted service packages for different groups of people: a "Courier Career Development College" for food delivery couriers, "Silver Academy" for the elderly, and "Rural Revitalization Institutes" for new farmers; more than 300,000 high-quality continuing education degrees are provided annually for young people and industrial workers in eastern, western and northern Guangdong; over 2 million person-times of training are offered each year in urgent need fields such as advanced manufacturing, digital economy, and elderly care. These initiatives have opened a new door for countless ordinary people to rewrite their life stories.

广东全民终身学习平台上线

2月25日，广东全民终身学习体系建设新闻发布会举行，广东全民终身学习平台正式上线。现场，省委常委、宣传部部长胡劲军向社会发布广东全民终身学习体系建设情况。

胡劲军介绍，广东全民终身学习体系是一个超级学习生态系统和服务体系闭环，一切要从人民群众的需求出发。简单来说，就是“你想学，我全力满足”。不知道去哪儿学？“统一入口”登录一次，全网通学。不知道学什么？“课程超市”把全省甚至全国最好的课程摆上货架。怕学完用不上？“学分银行”可以让积累的学习成果转换成学历教育的“硬通货”。甚至还有“智能学伴”量身推荐课程，让学习真正实现“千人千面”。

比普惠更难得的是精准。平台针对不同人群推出了“精准服务包”：外卖小哥有“骑手学院”、银发族有“乐龄课堂”、新农人有“乡村振兴学院”；面向粤东粤西粤北的青年和产业工人，每年30万个以上优质继续教育学位；围绕先进制造、数字经济、康养照护等急需领域，每年培训200万人次以上……这一系列举措，为无数普通人改写人生剧本打开了一扇新的大门。
