In 2026, the campaign"Guangdong Goods Global Reach" was included in the Guangdong Provincial Government Work Report for the first time, as Guangdong steps up efforts to build the market image of "Better Life, Made in Guangdong."

Xia Yang, the vice president of the New Zealand Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, stressed that letting Guangdong-made products take root overseas with cultural warmth, and the strength of overseas Chinese communities can serve as a bridge for economic and trade ties between China and the rest of the world. He added that Guangdong-made products evoke the taste of home to more than 30 million overseas Guangdong entrepreneurs. If each of them encourages five others to experience the culture behind Guangdong-made products, it will unlock enormous potential for cultural and tourism consumption. He hopes that Guangdong-made products will become a bridge connecting overseas consumers with Guangdong's cultural and tourism resources.

Tea is a key medium for showcasing"culture-infused Guangdong-made products." Li Dan, a deputy to the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress, brought tea from her hometown of Zhanjiang. She believes that integrating tea with tourism can inject new vitality into the industry because new business formats such as tea-themed homestays, tea estates, and tea towns give unlimited possibilities to"tea plus cultural tourism." Zhanjiang is currently building a demonstration zone for the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in the millennia-old tea-producing region, which is expected to open in the latter half of 2026.

Xie Meng, a member of Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, said that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has clear collaborative advantages with a complete industrial chain, broad market space, and strong consumer potential, giving Guangdong full confidence in taking products global. He introduced that during this year's Chinese New Year, specialty agricultural products from 57 counties across Guangdong will be showcased at Grandview Mall, helping further burnish the credentials of Guangdong-made products.

Xie added that visiting Guangdong should be more than just enjoying yum cha. It should also allow visitors from home and abroad to experience the Guangdong way of life and traditional Chinese culture. He noted that artificial intelligence technologies are driving digital transformation across manufacturing, services, and retail, helping to further enhance the reputation of Guangdong-made products for being "good price, good quality, and good value."

文化广货 香飘四海

2026年，“广货行天下”首次被写入省政府工作报告，广东将全力塑造“美好生活、广东制造”的市场形象。

“让‘广货’带着文化温度扎根海外，让侨力成为中外经贸纽带。”新西兰粤商会副会长夏阳表示，“广货”是众多海外粤商刻在记忆里的家乡味道，而海外有3000多万名粤商，“如果每人带动5人体验‘广货’文化，将形成庞大的文旅消费潜力。”他期待“广货”成为连接海外消费者与广东文旅资源的桥梁。

茶是“文化广货”的重要载体。省人大代表李丹带来家乡湛江的茶叶。她认为，茶旅融合能为产业注入新动力，“茶民宿、茶庄园、茶小镇等新业态，赋予‘茶+文旅’无限可能。”目前，湛江正在打造千年茶乡三产融合示范区，预计2026年中下旬投入使用。

“粤港澳大湾区协同优势明显，产业链完整、市场空间广、居民消费潜力大，完全有底气让‘广货’畅行天下。”省政协委员谢萌介绍，今年春节，全省57个县的特色农产品将齐聚正佳广场，擦亮“广货”金字招牌。

“来广东不只有‘叹早茶’，要让海内外游客体验粤式生活、体会中国传统文化。”谢萌说，人工智能技术推动制造、服务、零售业态数字化转型，将把广东好物“平靓正”的口碑擦得更亮。
